Light Node is a potential node role. It is "light" form of the [[Node| Full Node]] which doesn't work with all blockchain but only with the certain piece of it (the most recent parts). It can not become a validator or provide services. Light Node allows a much quicker network synchronization for conducting transactions on the network. It can be activated as a wallet provider.
